Ann Brodie's CAROLINA BALLET is incorporated and organized under the laws of the State of South Carolina as a non-profit organization. It is also a duly recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with all the benefits as accorded by laws of the United States department of Internal Revenue.

Carolina Ballet is incorpoated and organized...for the purpose of promoting and maintaining a ballet company, to present performances of ballet for the benefit of the public, to develop dancers in the art of ballet, to educate and to encourage the art of ballet in South Carolina.

Ann Brodie's Carolina Ballet is an affiliate of Columbia Music Festival Association and is funded in part by the City of Columbia, Richland County, the South Carolina Arts Commission, which is funded by the National Endowment for the arts and from private individuals.
