MISSION

CAROLINA BALLET is incorporated and organized . . . for the purpose of promoting and maintaining a ballet company, to present performances of ballet for the benefit of the public, to develop dancers in the art of ballet, to educate and to encourage the art of ballet in South Carolina.

The official and legal name of this organization is ANN BRODIE'S CAROLINA BALLET.

Ann Brodie's CAROLINA BALLET is incorporated and organized under the laws of the Sate of South Carolina as a non profit organization. It is also a duly recognized 501(c)(3) non profit organization with all the benefits as accorded by laws of the United States department of Internal Revenue. (FEIN 57-0870338)
