New Users Instructions for Becoming a User of the CB Message Board –
Overview: These instructions will take you through steps on how to get registered and approved to become a CB Message Board User. There are two general steps in completing this process. First is creating an account with ezBoard, this will allow you to login to the ezBoard communities. Second is to apply for membership on the CB Message Board. Both steps must be completed before you can participate in the CB Message Board. If you are already a ezBoard user, you should skip the section on Registering an ezBoard Global Account.
Registering an ezBoard Global Account
1 Click here to open the CB Message Board Approval link. This link will open in a new window. It is helpful to keep both windows open during registration, so you can follow these instructions while during the process.
2 From here click the register now hyperlink (see View 1 below) on the far right of the screen.

3 Fill out your Global User Registration, remembering the following:
- Make sure all fields marked with a z are be completed.
- When creating your Desired User Name you must use a combination of your first and last name. CB Message Board can only approve names that are created in this manner.
- If you have previously registered with ezBoard, and are trying to create a CB Message Board approved User Name by reregistering, you will be asked to register with an alternate email address. ezBoard will only allow unique email addressed when registering.
After completing this registration form and reading the Terms of Use, click the Register My Global Account!button (see View 2 below).

4 This brings you to a page titled Just a few more steps!, however you do not need to complete the fields on this page unless you are purchasing what they have to offer. Instead scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the No thanks, continue hyperlink (see View 3 below).

5 After proceeding you will be brought to the Registration Confirmation Thank You screen.
6 Following the submission of your ezBoard account registration you will receive an email from noreply@ezboard.com. This email is used to validate your ezBoard account. Please open this email and click they hyperlink provided under Here is your validation URL:. If this address does not take you to your account, please use the other hyperlink provided. If you have any question or problems with this validation, please go to http://help.ezboard.com/.
7 You should be brought to a page titled While we validate your account information, please review this great offer from our sponsors., however you do not need to complete the fields on this page unless you are purchasing what they have to offer. Instead scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the No thanks, continue hyperlink (see View 4 below).

8 A follow up email will be sent confirming your username and password. It is a good idea to save this email in case you forget your username or password.
Applying For Membership on the CB Message Board
Please Note:
If you are following these instructions in order, after your registration has been verified you will be brought into your ezBoard account, which is where these instructions continue.
If you did not need to register an ezBoard account and are starting these instructions here, please make sure you are logged in to your account by going to http://ezboard.com/ and entering your username and password.
9 From your ezBoard account go to the Quick Jump - enter a WebID box,under My Favorites, and type carolinaballetboard and click the Jump button (see View 5 below).

10 This will take you to the Membership By Approval screen, click the Apply For Membership button (see View 6 below).

11 Another message will pop-up titled Application for Carolina Ballet Board. Your application has now been sent to the CB Message Board, which will either approve or deny your access. If you have created an appropriate username and are valid participant of the CB Message Board, you will be approved for participation within 24 to 48 hours. If you have not been approved within 48 hours, please call (803) 771-6303.
12 Once membership approval has been granted by the CB Message Board you will receive an email notifying you of such. Upon approval, you will now be able to participate in the CB Message Board, follow the registered user instructions to login.
